Want to learn more about how to manage a nonprofit financially? You are probably not an accountant or financial analyst, and yet, you’re responsible for overseeing your organization’s finances. Join us at the Florence Griswold Museum in Old Lyme for a two-part workshop  to learn about financial literacy and museum development with Rebekah Beaulieu, director of the Florence Griswold Museum, and Llyn Kaimowitz, a nonprofit fundraising consultant. Becky will offer insights from her new book, Financial Fundamentals for Historic House Museums, and Llyn will discuss what financial literacy and fundraising can do for you and your organization. Meet your colleagues to share questions and advice about meeting the financial challenges all our organizations face.

Tuesday, September 18, 9:30 am to 3:00 pm

Coffee/tea and light refreshments will be provided. We recommend bringing a bagged lunch, or you can purchase lunch at Cafe Flo!
