Behind the Scenes Tour: Museum Makeover Project at Wilton Historical Society

Interested to see some of the innovative projects from Museum Makeover recipients? Join the League at Wilton Historical Society for an exciting behind-the-scenes tour showcasing the improvements of their collections storage. Nick Foster, Executive Director of Wilton Historical Society, alongside traveling curators Maggie Dimock are offering an opportunity to tour the site, showcase best practices for collections storage, and provide insight to the improvements made courtesy of the Museum Makeover project.
This behind-the-scenes tour will be held on Monday, October 23 from 10:00 am - 11:30 am at Wilton Historical Society. This tour is available for $10 to CLHO members and $15 for non-members. Museum Makeover is a program of Conservation ConneCTion and is supported through a partnership with the Connecticut League of History Organizations and funded by a grant from the CT Cultural Fund.
