Connecticut Collections: Training Workshop and Community Potluck Meetup

ALL Connecticut League of Museums Members
Beginners, New Users, and Prospective Users of the Connecticut Collections system
Training/Information Session: 10:00 AM-12:00 PM
Join us for an introductory session on our statewide digital collections management consortium, powered by the CollectiveAccess platform. This training will cover:
Open access and the importance of sustainability and accessibility
Logging in for the first time
Customizing your dashboard
Creating new users
Navigating your instance within the customized Connecticut Collections system
A walkthrough of the new and improved Public Portal
Please bring a laptop to follow along with the live presentation.
Meet and Greet Potluck and Open Forum: 12:00 PM-2:00 PM
Following the training, stay for a casual potluck lunch! While bringing a dish is optional, it provides a great opportunity to connect with other CTCo users and members of the cultural heritage community. Use this time to ask questions about collections management and share experiences in an informal setting.

Parking: We have two parking areas. Please use the lower lot and reserve the driveway parking for those with accessibility needs.
