  The Connecticut League of Museums' Annual Conference brings together more than 200 people from across the state and region for a full day of learning, fellowship, and inspiration. Sponsorship is a change to connect your business or organization with our community of hundreds of museums—small businesses in their own right—and to share more about your services and offerings. And sponsorship ensures that we are able to do things like:

  • Make the conference affordable for all
  • Provide accommodations that make the day more accessible to everyone
  • Offer free and affordable programs and workshops year-round
  • Connect the public with museum and archival collections across the state through Connecticut Collections

  Sponsorship Levels

  Don't need the perks of sponsorship, but want to reach our community? Advertise in our conference program! This full-color guide to the conference will be in the hands of every attendee all day long.

  Pricing and specifications:

  • $750: Full page (non-premium placement) 8.5 x 11" full color
  • $500: Half page (horizontal only) 7.5 x 4.825" full color
  • $250: Quarter page (vertical only) 3.625 x 4.825" full color
  • $100: Business card (vertical only) 2.5625 x 3.625"

  Please add 1/4" to each side for a full bleed.

  Be an exhibitor at this year’s CLM Annual Conference on June 2!

  Join us as an exhibitor at our Annual Conference at Central Connecticut State University. This year's theme "Reinvention and Resilience in Uncertain Times" will attract over 200+ museum professionals from across Connecticut and the region. It's a great way to get the word out about your organization, business, or services to Connecticut's largest annual gathering of museum people.

  Our Museum Marketplace will be located in the beautiful light-filled atrium of Willard-DiLoreto Hall. The Museum Marketplace opens at 8am along with ConferenceRegistration and remains open until 3:30pm.

  

  We offer a Marketplace Passport that encourages attendees to stop by as many booths as possible to get their passport initialed by exhibitors. Completed passports are entered in our chance drawing to win exciting prizes at the end of the day! If your organization would like to donate a prize for the chance drawing, email director@clho.org.

  Exhibitor registration comes with the following:

  • One table and two chairs
  • One complimentary conference registration
  • Listing in the conference program
  • Acknowledgment on the conference website

  If your booth will need a power source, please note that in your registration, as we have limited outlets in the space.

  Our full-day annual conference brings together over 200 folks from museums, libraries, and history institutions across the state. This year's conference will bring us back once again to our home base at CCSU. We'll be in Willard-DiLoreto hall, with an airy atrium for our exhibitor hall, and plenty of space for sessions, networking, breakouts, and more—not to mention convenient free parking in an adjacent garage.

  Registration

  The basic conference registration is $90 and includes a boxed lunch and refreshments throughout the day. Discounted rates are available for League members ($75), conference presenters ($55), students ($45), and others. 

  We also offer the option to register as a conference supporter ($100), which funds our conference scholarships.

  Scholarship Opportunities

  We will have some funds available to provide free registration to conference newcomers and those in need. To apply for a scholarship, please fill out the scholarship form HERE by May 18, 2025. Then, register as you normally would and select "Invoice Me". Do not submit online payment. You will be notified letting you know if you have been selected.

  Advance registration closes at noon on Wednesday, May 28. Attendees may register at the door the day of the conference at a higher rate ($100), but may not receive a lunch.
